As a licensed and certified Athletic Trainer for the past twelve years, Rob Gagnon enjoys guiding his clients from injury to recovery and beyond. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of New England Health, Racquet and Sports Club Association (NEHRSA) as its Past President and as the Director of Fitness at Manchester Athletic Club. Before joining the team at the MAC, Gagnon worked as a clinical Athletic Trainer and Director of Sports Performance at The University of Michigan-Med Sport Sports Medicine/Physical Therapy Clinic. During this time, he developed programs geared towards preventing injuries and working with elite athletes. Rob received his BA from Colby-Sawyer College and his MA from Western Michigan University.

Amy LaMontagne has been the Fitness Director at Weymouth Club since 2005. As their new Fitness Director, she was able to redirect her staff and department in a single year increasing profits to 96%, decreasing expenses by 44%, making it one the most successful departments at Weymouth Club.  In 2009 & 2010, the worst economy we have seen in years, her fitness department approached US $1 Million in Personal Training Revenue and had its best 2 years in Weymouth Club history. LaMontagne currently serves as Vice President on the NEHRSA Board of Directors.

Samantha Merchant, Ed.M., NSCA-CSCS, NASM-CES, is the Fitness Director at The Works Family Health & Fitness Center in Somersworth, NH.  Drawing from over ten years in the fitness industry, she leads a team of over forty five fitness professionals in medical wellness, group exercise, member retention and fee based programming.  She earned her BS in Clinical and Exercise Physiology from Boston University as well as her masters in Health Education.  Merchant currently serves as the President of the New England Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association (NEHRSA).
