Jeremy Koerber, MA personifies the essence of marketing and customer service in the health and fitness industry. His philosophy is to find opportunities to serve in every capacity, making a trip to his fitness center or a session with Jeremy more than just an exercise session; it is an experience. His belief is to listen and understand the needs of his customers so he can provide products and services that satisfy those needs. Koerber understands the customer is the lifeblood to any organization, so to own a profitable personal-training business, you must meet and exceed customer expectations. Koerber is the fitness-center manager for the BJC WellAware Center, a medically-based fitness facility associated with BJC HealthCare, one of the largest nonprofit health-care organizations in the United States. He is the owner of Integrated Wellness Concepts, LLC, a personal-training company serving West St. Louis County. Koerber is also an adjunct instructor at the Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College, where he teaches marketing and customer service skills to health-care professionals. Koerber holds an undergraduate degree in health promotion from Southeast Missouri State University and a masters degree in marketing from Webster University.
