Christine Cunningham is the owner of PerformENHANCE Sport and Adventure Athlete Training in Chicago. She is an ACE-certified personal trainer, an NSCA-certified CSCS, and an NATA-certified athletic trainer. Cunningham is a member of the Life Fitness Academy and ACE Faculty Advisory Board. She is a frequent industry lecturer and writer and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in motor control and learning at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Mike Morris, BA, RTS, CPFT, holds a bachelor of arts degree from Nicholls State University in Louisiana and is a master level resistance specialist of Resistance University, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He is an NASM-certified personal trainer and a continuing education provider for ACE, NASM, ACSM, NDEITA, NCSF, AEA, and AFAA. Morris is an international presenter with many organizations, as well as a 4-star presenter with IDEA. Carol Murphy is an international presenter and Reebok global master trainer. She is the national programming coordinator for Resist-A-Ball®, and is a master trainer for BodyBar, Resist-A-Ball, and Gliding™. She is the owner and fitness director for FitLife in Rochester, New York. Her certifications include ACSM, ACE, AFAA, NASM, and Can-Fit-Pro. A veteran of numerous fitness videos, Carol’s innovative workouts and fitness-training programs have been featured in many of America’s leading magazines, including IDEA Health & Fitness Source, Fitness, Energy, and Time’s publication of All You.

Joan Wenson is the Director of Education for LeMond Fitness. Joan is certified with ACE and AFAA as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. She is also an ACE continuing education provider and has presented workshops nationally and internationally for over 10 years. She currently teaches group exercise classes at the Sports Club/Irvine in California. She has been teaching dance and fitness for over 25 years. Her background as a former classical ballerina with the Cincinnati and Cleveland Ballet Companies launched her fitness interest, as she transitioned into teaching group exercise and developing educational programs. She co-founded Peloton Fitness, which subsequently teamed up with LeMond Fitness.
