Suzanne Falaschetti has served as a private personal trainer, corporate Health & Wellness Manager, and currently acts as a health coach to provide risk factor reduction counseling to managed care and corporate clients. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sports science (Indiana University, 1990), her master’s degree in exercise science and cardiac rehabilitation (Northeastern Illinois University, 1992) and has practiced clinical exercise physiology and personal training for thirteen years. She has treated patients in a clinical setting, acting as supervisor of two hospital-based cardiac rehabilitation programs. Suzanne has coordinated numerous community wellness programs (including weight loss programs, fitness programs, and wellness classes), and regularly presents educational talks to the community. Suzanne’s passion for designing creative, enjoyable, and effective workout plans is a great benefit to her personal training clients and patients. She assists many clients with selecting exercise equipment that contributes to enjoyable and sustainable home exercise programs. Suzanne’s workouts include fitness walking, yoga, strength training, and mountain biking. She also enjoys low-fat cooking, reading, and playing golf.
