Bridget Sullivan Minihane, MS, is the director of the Mountain Post Wellness Center at Fort Carson, Colorado. A 1990 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where she was an accomplished athlete who achieved All-American status in track and field, and competed at the varsity level in both basketball & track and field, she subsequently earned the Army Master Fitness Trainer designation. During her 12 years of military service, she competed on two All-Army track teams and went on to coach and compete on the Fort Carson Army ten-miler team. Bridget is a certified ACSM health/fitness instructor, a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise, and a certified fitness specialist and health promotion director with the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas.
